font_container=&#8221;tag:h3|text_align:left&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1459826645027{margin-bottom: 16px !important;}&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;16px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El programa del adulto mayor est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para acoger sugerencias, orientar, generar derivaciones y mejorar la calidad de vida de los miembros de la tercera edad de la comuna de Alto Hospicio, junto con fortalecer\u00a0 e insertar a los mayores en las redes comunitarias locales, aprovechando la gran experiencia de este segmento de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ejecuci\u00f3n de este programa se ha considerado como pol\u00edtica prioritaria dentro de la administraci\u00f3n municipal, raz\u00f3n por la cual durante el periodo del Alcalde Patricio Ferreira Rivera, se han generado un sinn\u00famero de actividades e iniciativas tendientes a generar espacios dignos de participaci\u00f3n para este segmento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este es un programa municipal que busca plena integraci\u00f3n del adulto mayor en la comunidad, garantiza su protecci\u00f3n ante el abandono, el maltrato, la indigencia y asegura el ejercicio de los derechos y oportunidades\u00a0que las leyes reconocen y que el gobierno otorga a las personas mayores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El compromiso de parte este municipio es trabajar junto al adulto mayor, con el fin de hacer valer sus derechos como la dignidad, la toma de decisiones, libertad de elecci\u00f3n, confidencialidad, creencias, defensa y protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Promover un mejor trato y una valoraci\u00f3n del adulto mayor mediante la integraci\u00f3n en la sociedad.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Incentivar su organizaci\u00f3n en clubes de adultos mayores y reconocer la auto valencia, a trav\u00e9s de la ejecuci\u00f3n de actividades que les permitan alcanzar mejores niveles de vida.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proteger del maltrato, abandono o abuso a los adultos mayores en situaci\u00f3n de riesgo en nuestra comuna.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recuperar y resguardar la estabilidad f\u00edsica y emocional del individuo mediante la entrega de herramientas necesarias para mejorar su calidad de vida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Beneficios sociales otorgados:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Coordinaci\u00f3n y derivaci\u00f3n a otras instituciones para la entrega de beneficios.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entrega de beneficios sociales, por parte de la Municipalidad, en casos de mayor vulnerabilidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Adem\u00e1s en el \u00e1rea cultural se realizaron diversas accione<\/strong>s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Orientaci\u00f3n para el dise\u00f1o de proyectos para fondos concursables del Senama y del Gobierno Regional.<\/li>\n<li>Cursos de capacitaci\u00f3n y talleres, artesan\u00eda con desechos, baile entretenido, corte y confecci\u00f3n, entre otros, los que se realizaron con el apoyo de 4 monitoras contratadas por el municipio.<\/li>\n<li>Exhibici\u00f3n de los trabajos realizados en los talleres en ferias y exposiciones.<\/li>\n<li>Participaci\u00f3n en encuentros y seminarios.<\/li>\n<li>Gesti\u00f3n cultural y apoyo para recreaci\u00f3n y esparcimiento.<\/li>\n<li>Apoyo en la organizaci\u00f3n de actividades de la Uni\u00f3n Comunal de Adultos Mayores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table width=\"408\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>N\u00famero de clubes adultos mayores<\/td>\n<td>28 clubes adultos mayores, 26 de ellos activos, 2 est\u00e1n trabajando en su reactivaci\u00f3n y 5 clubes en formaci\u00f3n en marzo.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Uniones comunales<\/td>\n<td>2 Uniones Comunales, 1 activa uni\u00f3n comunal de clubes adultos mayores \u201cUni\u00f3n y Fuerza\u201d con 24 clubes afiliados, 1 sin vigencia por tr\u00e1mites legales.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Voluntariado del adulto mayor<\/td>\n<td>1 voluntariado de adulto mayor \u201cDame Tu Mano y Te Apoyaremos\u201d.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Listado clubes de adulto mayor&#8221;
