Copia de escritura de la propiedad (inscrita en el Conservador de Bienes Ra\u00edces)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua';\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#8211; &nbsp;$2.000&nbsp; en estampillas municipales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua';\">* Los certificados tienen una demora de 8 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Book Antiqua';\">Para la realizaci\u00f3n de los siguientes tr\u00e1mites, se requerir\u00e1 de la contrataci\u00f3n de un arquitecto particular y la fecha de entrega, depende de la solicitud que se efect\u00faa:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt;
